Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery policy is committed to providing the best possible experience for all of our customers. As such, we take the complete process of delivering your products on time and in great condition very seriously.

We partner with some of the top freight companies such as GIGL, PMT, UPS and Gokada to deliver your products on time.

Where do we ship to?

AT-ng currently ships within some states in Nigeria without the Bandit crisis. As a result of changes in the situation across each state, we usually contact buyers to let them know if it is not possible to ship to their shipping address.

The customer will be informed prior to the products being shipped and provided with the choice of paying extra for the service.


When we ship

Handling time takes 1-3 working days after confirming payment on each order before 12 pm.

We aim to ship all orders within 2-7 working days of confirming payment on each order before 12 pm.   However, some delays may apply based on the availability of the product. Please check the product page to see if any lead times apply. If an order is out of stock and an order is received, the customer will be informed and provided with the option of a refund or being placed on the backorder list.

What do we charge for shipping?

We have 3 options for shipping. These include;

  • Flat rate

  • Free Shipping

  • Local pickup 

The Flat rate is N2000 

Free shipping is applicable to only orders above N600,000.00.  You can call for more details

Local Pickup cost is free. We usually encourage buyers outside Lagos state to send a representative with proof of identification to use the Local pickup. For further details, you can always call us.


Payment on delivery is only applicable to a few States (Lagos, Abuja, and Portharcourt) mentioned at the point of checkout.



How do we ship?


We partner with major carriers like GIGL, PMT, UPS, and Gokada. All shipments come with a signature required service and details are emailed for customers to follow in transit. Buyers will receive their order within 5-8 business days.

If the tracking shows that the package has been delivered but the customer has not received the package a claim on the recipient’s behalf will be filed. The investigation of the claim may take 2-3 weeks from the date of filling. The carrier will make a decision whether to approve or deny the claim. If approved we can either issue a replacement or a refund. is not responsible for any delays caused in transit by the shipping companies. Weather-related delays are out of the control of both and our affiliated shipping companies.

Sales Tax charges sales taxes on orders as required. The amount of tax charged is based on current tax rates in effect and these rates are subject to change at any time. Shipping charges, if applicable, may also be subject to sales tax in certain states
